What is Performance Health Coaching?
Performance health coaching is a blend of performance coaching and health coaching. Through his experience in healthcare settings, Paul realized that all too often we address one aspect of health while neglecting many others. Health is defined as a person's mental or physical condition, but it's tempting to focus only on physical markers such as body weight and blood pressure and ignore other parts of ourselves. Performance health coaching is a holistic approach to not only health but peak performance. In order to achieve true wellness, we need to address all aspects of health. Through his uniquely tailored approach, Paul is able to give you the tools to help you become your best self.
